Scope of services

Clear Home Mold Testing provides mold inspection and mold testing services. We do not perform mold remediation, abatement, or removal — by design.

Reports

Our reports reflect findings at the time of inspection and the lab analysis of samples collected. They are not a guarantee of future conditions and do not constitute a warranty against mold growth.

Limitations

Mold inspection is non-destructive. Hidden conditions behind finished surfaces may not be discoverable without invasive testing, which requires written consent and is performed separately.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service. We carry general liability insurance and professional errors-and-omissions coverage.

Payment & cancellation

Payment is due at completion of inspection. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a $75 trip fee.
